***RECIPIENT of Qualified Remodeler's 2022 Master Design Awards: Whole House Less Than $300,000 — GOLD. This 1970’s home was a very classic, Southwestern style filled with arch doorways. There were a sunken dining room and low ceilings to match. The rooms were very closed in and cut off from each other. The homeowners wanted to remove the entire middle section of their home and rebuild it with higher ceilings and an open, airy concept. The transformation from dated and enclosed to modern and spacious was exactly what the homeowners needed.

This kitchen used to be closed off in a horseshoe. It had outdated tile counters and there was a need for storage space.Walls were removed and the entire space is now a welcoming open concept design.
