POSITION SUMMARY
TraVek Remodeling & Roofing is adding a Project Coordinator to our Kitchen and Bath production team! This position will assist the Production Managers with administrative tasks related to our remodeling jobs.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will support the production team, pull permits, coordinate schedules, assist in payroll, communicate with clients, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

COMPETENCIES
Project Coordination:
- Communicate with Lead Carpenters with updates as needed and assist with change orders
- Assist Production Managers with scheduling of remodeling projects
- Track project progress and update schedules as needed.
Client Communication:
- Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Administrative Support:
- Pull permits as necessary; develop relationships with cities if visits are needed
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Assist with payroll draws and management of time sheets using Jibble
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary
Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous residential construction experience; remodeling experience preferred
- Administrative experience required; Google drive experience preferred
- Experience working with the cities to obtain permits; Knowledge of Scottsdale’s local building codes and permitting processes is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software, all G-Suite programs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
