These homeowners loved the location of their home, but knew they had to make some changes to keep it their forever home. It's hard to believe these are pictures of the same kitchen! We utilized the space they had by closing the open soffit space with taller cabinets and opening up the closed off corner of the kitchen design and put in an island. The rich Mocha Starmark Cabinetry with the Marfil River countertops and the Reward Boca Birch Copper Sand wood flooring gave this kitchen a sleek, modern look!

This Scottsdale bathroom has two separate vanities and sinks instead of the double-sink concept that so many have. This is convenient because one counter has plenty of room to have a drop down makeup counter. It's the little details that make a home remodel stand out. The whole first floor of this Scottsdale home needed to be brought into the present day. The homeowners had very modern tastes and love collecting art. They didn't want the kitchen to be fully open though, they like their workspace, but they wanted this bar area opened and the ceilings raised. We created this perfect pass-through for guests to visit and enjoy.

This fireplace in this Scottsdale living room had an odd shape and texture that no longer fit the new look of the main floor. We streamlined the fireplace to be the gorgeous focal piece of the Great Room. The slate tile connected the look to the kitchen.
