POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Remodeling Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth for TraVek by
effectively selling kitchen, bath and whole home remodeling services to prospective clients. Your primary
responsibility will be to engage with homeowners to understand their needs, present tailored solutions,
and ultimately secure sales contracts. This role focuses on relationship building, discovery and closing,
while partnering with an in-house designer who develops the project plans and specifications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of in-home sales experience preferred; Experience in remodeling, construction, or home services
is a plus; Strong consultative sales and closing skills; Excellent communication and relationship-building
ability; Comfortable discussing budgets and investments; Self-motivated and performance driven.
