Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and other lead-generation efforts
- Conduct consultations with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and building owners to assess roofing needs and recommend the right solutions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and quotations based on project requirements, customer needs, and budget considerations
- Present roofing products and services in a clear and compelling way, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners to support repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals
- Stay informed on roofing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and reporting through CRM and internal systems
- Execute against key performance expectations, including outbound calls, company leads, self-generated leads, conversion rate, closed sales, monthly quota attainment, and complete contract packets
- Attend required weekly and monthly team meetings
- Uphold TraVek’s core values in all customer and team interactions

Education and Experience Required
- Previous sales experience required; home improvement or home sales preferred
- Previous roofing sales experience of at least 2 years
- Comfortable learning and operating internal CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
Occasional lifting of 50 lbs or more, standing and sitting at a computer, and climbing roofs for measurements.
