Success in this role looks like:

• Setting a high volume of qualified appointments for sales teams
• Following up with urgency and closing the loop on every inquiry
• Meeting or exceeding call volume, booking ratios, and conversion benchmarks
• Staying organized in the CRM and tracking lead progress from inquiry to project
• Taking ownership of your numbers and constantly looking for ways to improve

What You’ll Be Doing:

• answering inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with speed and clarity
• Making outbound calls to warm leads and targeted outreach lists
• Booking consultations for both remodeling and roofing services with a focus on lead quality
• Following up with past customers to generate referrals, reviews, and repeat business
• Assisting with light administrative tasks that support the sales process and customer journey
• Using CRM tools and dashboards to track, measure, and improve performance

What We’re Looking For:

• • 1+ year experience in customer service or inside sales (bonus if you’ve worked in construction or home services)
  • Confident phone presence with strong persuasive communication skills

• Motivated by goals, numbers, and winning

• Tech-savvy and organized (we use CRM, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Positive attitude, competitive mindset, and a team-first mentality
